The workmen did the repair. They used ladders and rigging in a safe way so there were no mishaps. The workman did visually inspect the underside of the roof area to check for water or other damage using access through a crawl space. I was most satisfied with the Inspection inside and out AND explaining clearly and respectfully explaining.
