Rubber Roofing
Since the 1960s, rubber roofing has proven to be the most reliable form of roofing for large, flat roofs. It provides a durable, water-tight surface where drainage is a challenge and can be customized in terms of thickness and installation to best suit your specific application.
Our professionals are experts in installation of EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) roofing. It is available in white or black, and we supply multiple thicknesses, as well as a reinforced version for areas that are more vulnerable to penetration. Rubber roofing is a great solution for both flat and low slope roofs, and highly recommended in commercial and industrial applications, with longevity extending beyond 30 years.
Metal Roofing
Metal roofing has become more popular for commercial, industrial and agricultural applications because of its versatility. It also has been proven an economical choice because of its durability. Today’s metal roofing is both functional and attractive, making it an excellent option whether you are roofing your commercial structure or a small office building.
Our metal roofing systems are available in standard commercial grade, ribbed panels and a range of colors, all meeting building codes for durability and insulation quality. Your project is completed with all appropriate components, trim and accessories, so you can be assured of a solid, quality roof that is superior both functionally and aesthetically.

Inspecting your roof
Regular inspections of your commercial roof is your best defense against costly repairs and your only way to avoid damage to your business investment due to a roofing failure. A thorough inspection should always include checking the following:
- Surface area – A survey of the entire roof surface to identify damage, indentations, worn edges and standing water.
- Gutters and drains – flat, low-slope or high peak, your roof must have proper drainage. Check for debris that may interfere with drainage and check for worn seals that would allow moisture penetration.
- Rooftop units – vents, skylights and HVAC units should be in good working order with intact seals where they connect to roofing material. Confirm that condensation is draining away from these units.
- Flashings, roof edges and joints – Edges and areas where roof lines come together should get special attention, as they are the most likely to show wear and the most vulnerable to damage.
Care should always be taken when accessing a roof, especially high peaks or when surfaces are wet. Our trained staff can answer questions about your roofing system, and provide superior inspection services. Call today.
